How can I track my order?

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us immediately at info@solevaro.com with your correct address.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it for you. Once shipped, we can’t guarantee changes.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States, but international shipping will be available soon!

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 12 hours at info@solevaro.com, we’ll do our best to make changes before your order ships.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

What condition must the item be in for a return?

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. We can’t accept returns on used or damaged items (unless they arrived that way).

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and another 3–5 days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes! If you’d like to exchange your product for a different color or model, contact us at info@solevaro.com and we’ll help arrange it.

What if I received the wrong item?

We’re sorry for the mix-up! Email info@solevaro.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll send the correct product right away.

What if my product is defective or damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your order immediately.
