All Solevaro orders are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse to ensure fast delivery and reliable tracking.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–6 business days, depending on your location.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. We can’t accept returns on used or damaged items (unless they arrived that way).
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and another 3–5 days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
